The Afterlife is probably the most personal of all of my works. In the summer of 2023 I bought a $200 camcorder off of Kijiji and spent about three months documenting a loose narrative about finding peace in community and human connection. It's my first-hand account of "accidentally becoming human again" after, and with, trauma-induced depression. It's my assertion that there is life after death.
